"Leaky bottle, sticky mess"
I was annoyed when this showed up. The box was crushed, and the bottle had leaked, so everything was sticky when I opened it. Not exactly the best first impression.

"Checkout Nearly Sent Me Over the Edge"
I was just trying to place my order like a normal person, and my card kept failing for no obvious reason. I had to retry it twice, which felt way more dramatic than it needed to be. It worked eventually, but wow, checkout really tested my patience.

"Rare bottles weren’t really available"
I was disappointed because they made it sound like they had a good selection of rare bottles, but most of them were out of stock when I checked. Felt like another broken promise more than anything

The site itself was easy to use, so I’ll give them that. But if something still goes wrong after that, it’s on them. A simple website doesn’t make up for the rest of the hassle.

"Pretty fair compared to other places"
Overall, the prices seemed fair to me, especially compared to some other shops I’ve been to. A few bottles felt like they could’ve been a little cheaper, but nothing seemed way overpriced

"Fine, but the waiting game was a bit much"
My order turned out fine in the end, so no disaster there, but the shipping updates were painfully slow. I kept checking like I was waiting for some grand plot twist. Support did get back to me, but I definitely wish they were faster. Nothing horrible happened, it was just kind of average overall

I messaged them twice and didn’t get any reply at all. It’s really frustrating, especially when companies seem to have all these little policy loopholes that let them avoid actually responding or taking responsibility.

"Wrong bottles again after waiting forever"
I waited in the queue for ages, only to finally get my order and realize they sent the wrong bottles again. It wasn’t even close to what I ordered. Frustrating experience.

"My refund took a few days, but I got it"
I had to wait a few days for my refund, which was a little annoying because I just wanted my money back. But it did come through in the end, so from my side it was fair enough

"Showed in stock, but wasn’t"
I ordered a bottle from Rancho Liquor because it said it was available, but later I got told it was actually out of stock. The frustrating part is the site still made it look like they had it, if that makes sense. I had already paid and kind of planned around getting it, so it was annoying. They really need to keep their inventory more up to date. I don’t think I’ll order from them again

Ordering was fine, I guess, but the payment options were limited. I kind of expected the usual easy choices like PayPal or Apple Pay, because, you know, it’s not exactly a new concept. I ended up paying by card and it worked, so there’s that. It just wasn’t as smooth as it could’ve been. Not terrible, but definitely room for improvement.

"Delivery was late again..."
The delivery showed up late again, which is getting frustrating. I really need something a bit more dependable, especially when I’m planning around the arrival time... just not reliable enough for me right now

I had a small issue with my order, which was a bit annoying at first, but customer service got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. I appreciated how responsive they were, though I do wish the order had gone smoothly from the start. Overall, a good experience.

"Decent deals, but more stressful than I expected"
I’ve found some good discounts here and there, so it’s not all bad. But the promos can be confusing and harder to track down than they should be. I did end up saving a little, but the whole thing felt more stressful than expected just trying to figure out what actually applied. I just wish the deals were easier to find and showed up more consistently.

"Packaging really missed the mark"
As someone who orders bottles regularly and actually cares about keeping them in good shape, this was really disappointing. The bottles arrived with almost no protection in the box, and one of them was already leaking. It looked like everything was just tossed in there without much thought. For liquor shipping, I expected a lot better. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Shipping just felt way too slow"
I ordered this thinking it would show up quickly, but the shipping took a lot longer than I expected. There weren’t really any helpful updates along the way either, which made it even more frustrating. My gut feeling is they need to be more upfront about delivery times because the whole experience felt kind of off

"Looked legit, but not exactly what was promised"
The bottle seemed real enough and the taste was pretty much what I expected, so I can’t say there was a major problem there. But the label was scuffed, and that kind of bothered me because the listing made it sound like everything would be clean and easy to verify. I wish there had been more info or proof to feel confident about it. Overall, it seems authentic, but the experience didn’t fully match what was promised.
